Plan your visit

Belly Up is a 21+ live-music venue in Solana Beach that presents concerts mostly every night, spanning genres including alternative rock, reggae, blues, folk, jazz, and Latin music. The venue's FAQ says it is primarily standing-room, with limited first-come, first-served floor seats; loft seats are the reserved option, and some events are specifically designated as seated shows. Box-office hours differ from show times: Saturday through Thursday, the box office opens at 4 p.m. until closing, or at 5 p.m. when no evening show is scheduled; on Fridays it opens at noon until closing. Phone ticket sales are available every day from noon until closing, according to the FAQ.^[2][1]

Do

If you need ADA seating assistance, contact the box office as soon as you purchase tickets and no later than 24 hours before the show; the FAQ says to arrive at least 15 minutes before doors open to use ADA seating.^[2]
For a fee-free ticket purchase, consider buying in person at the box office; the FAQ says in-person purchases avoid convenience fees.^[2]

Don’t

Avoid third-party ticket sellers: Belly Up says it cannot verify or replace tickets bought from brokers or individual resellers and only guarantees tickets from its box office, website, or official band presales.^[2]
